No. Although the product range is similar, you pick up orders from a so-called "dark store"—a special warehouse. You start and end each workday in the same place. When there are no orders at the moment, you can relax in the chill zone, make yourself a cup of coffee or tea, charge your phone, or heat up some food.
Delio is a service available on the Żabka Jush app, designed for larger grocery orders. Unlike Jush, which focuses on fast deliveries (in as little as 15 minutes), Delio has a slightly longer turnaround time, and orders are delivered in a special refrigerated truck.
